Parq at Boulder Highway

Parq at Boulder Highway is a three-story, 228-unit development which broke ground in Q2 2023 and will be the second major residential development project brought to the Las Vegas Valley by Highlands Cove’s predecessor company. The project will be comprised of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments and will feature a state-of-the-art clubhouse with resort-style amenities.
